Titles in italics are titles given to the work by the artist, maker or manufacturer. Square brackets [] are used when place of origin or manufacture cannot be confirmed. ‘Attributed’ is used when maker, artist or designer cannot be confirmed. The use of ‘c.’ indicates approximate date.

Object measurements are expressed in centimetres as height x width x depth; except for round objects such as bowls or vases, where measurements are provided as height x diameter; and plates and medallions, where only diameter is given. Framed works are illustrated without their frame. Measurements of framed works do not include the frame unless stated otherwise.
